Overview
T he Regional Installation Manager is responsible for the overall execution of our installation experience to the customer through our 3 rd party installation partners and our in-house TCS Installation Services. This role includes training, rollouts to markets within the region and oversight of all financial and employee installer development goals within the assigned region. This position collaborates with the Director of Installation Excellence and Operations to develop strategic plans and outlines the actions to achieve those goals. This is a full-time, salaried position on-site at our C Studio manufacturing facility in Elmhurst, IL and reports to the Director of Installation Excellence. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities
- Works in partnership with the Director of Installati on and Operations on driving th e business and identifyi ng and setting goals and priorities for the department and alignment with our 3 rd party and employee installers
- Works with Installation coordinator to aid Internal installers, and troubleshoot issues
- Evaluates employee installers, hold them accountable and develops plans for continued development
- Evaluates 3 rd party installers and shares feedback with 3 rd party partners to ensure skill and quality expectations
- Communicate with regional /district leadership and senior installation leaders to maintain open communication and ensures a consistent messaging.
- Monitors company systems and programs specific to Installation Services , employee development and relationships with other departments (including but not limited to Distribution Center Fulfillment, Transportation, CSD , Project and Installation Coordinators)
- Collaborates with the Director of Installation to maintain metric performance including customer satisfaction surveys and NPS scores.
- Proactively identify opportunities improvement and provide s solutions to prevent errors from occurring/re-occurring.
- Ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policy and procedures
- Manage all timekeeping, time off and leaves for regional installation team
- Stays up to date on company and department-specific reporting and drives sales in the department
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years of Management/Contractor relations experience required, previous closet or installation experience preferred.
- Previous management experience, including career development, performance management, team building and conflict resolution
- Able to commute daily to Elmhurst, IL facility and ability to travel up to 50 % a year, based on the business needs
- Sche dule fle xibility due to business need
- Must have valid driver's license and pass background check.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce/Field Service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot due to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
